Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Morjoul sunglasses.

If you need to make a return or exchange, please read our policy below.


Return Policy

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
  • We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items.

Exchanges Policy

  • To exchange your sunglasses for a different style or colour, please follow the return process and place a new order.
  • We’ll cover the shipping cost for sending out your exchanged item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at returns@morjoul.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
  • Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or refund.

Warranty

  • We offer a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects for your peace of mind.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not extend to damage caused by everyday wear and tear, accidental breakage, or misuse.
  • Scratches on lenses, bent frames due to improper use, or exposure to extreme conditions are not covered under this warranty.

Please note: Damage caused by regular use, accidents, or improper handling is not covered.
