Shipping

  • We currently ship only to Australia and New Zealand.
  • Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 (Australia) / $150 (NZ). .
  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
  • We use Australia Post for all deliveries from Melbourne.
  • Delivery: 2–6 business days within Australia, 5–10 business days to New Zealand.
  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

  • Address Changes: Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, return shipping costs will apply if you wish to request a refund.
